With all the talk of Jon Favreau’s Cowboys and Aliens as of late it only seems appropriate to forward along an update from Film Music Reporter bringing word Harry Gregson-Williams will be scoring the film for Favreau. The site smartly learned the information by paying closer attention to the new trailer than I did.
Gregson-Williams most recently scored Tony Scott’s Unstoppable and Ben Affleck’s The Town. Cowboys and Aliens hits theaters on July 29, 2011. If you haven’t watched the trailer yet click here.
Now I guess we just have to wait and see if Favreau will toss in a little Bon Jovi “Wanted Dead or Alive” into the mix.
