In Contention points us to a 40 photo spread over at the New York Times called “Great Performers” highlighting both behind-the-scenes and posed shots of Kate Winslet, Frank Langella, Robert Downey Jr., Sean Penn, Mickey Rourker, Kat Dennings, Penelope Cruz and Brad Pitt.
The photos include shots from the set, preparations for the Golden Globes, Dennings in the bath and my favorite are a trio of pics of Penelope Cruz rehearsing for her role as Carla Albanese in Rob Marshall’s Nine the musical adaptation based on Federico Fellini’s 8 1/2 due out November 25.
