Production Weekly lets us know that Billy Bob Thornton is set to star in the feature adaptation of Leif Enger’s “Peace Like a River.”
The Enger novel is a tale of loyalty and revenge that revolves around an American family that gets into a deadly spat with some neighborhood thugs.
Kathy McWorter wrote the screenplay and while a director has not yet been named producers are already scouting locations in Calgary, Alberta with hopes of beginning production in the Fall.
