Yup, that sexy little gal that seems to be attaching her name to every role in Hollywood is in negotiations to join the cast of Christopher Nolan’s The Prestige, a film which begins in 1878, follows the rivalry between two stage magicians who battle one another for trade secrets. The rivalry turns them both into murderers.
Johansson will play a magician’s assistant named Olivia who is sent to spy on the competition.
Production is expected to begin in January 2006.
