The Emmy-winning “Simpsons” scribe Mike Reiss has sold yet another of his screenplays to DreamWorks, The Wife’s Away. This being the scribe’s third script deal finds Reiss pulling in mid-six-figures for the deal.
The film is described as a married man’s “Risky Business,” that centers on a bored husband who gets more than he bargained for when his wife leaves him home alone for the weekend.
