Stiles Talks BOURNE SUPREMACY to MTV

Julia Stiles spoke with MTV news about her upcoming part in The Bourne Supremacy the sequel to the Matt Damon thriller The Bourne Identity based on the Robert Ludlum spy novels featuring the amnesia-striken character Jason Bourne.

The cast is made up of Matt Damon playing the title role, and Joan Allen, Karl Urban (Lord of the Rings), Brian Cox, Franka Potente and of course Julia Stiles.

Stiles played Nicolette in the first flick and is back and according to her she plays a much bigger role than she did in the first film.

“I get to be interrogated by Joan Allen,” revealed Stiles, who will join the rest of the cast in Berlin at the end of the month.

“Jason Bourne is still sort of tormented mentally by his experience working for the CIA,” she explained. “He’s still on the run and the CIA is tracking him down. But they think that I was in cahoots with him because I’m the only one that survived when my boss, played by Chris Cooper, died. It’s exciting and I’m looking forward to it.”

The Bourne Supremacy should wrap up shooting February and hit theaters on July 23.
