A few months back, ComingSoon.net talked to Vantage Point director Pete Travis and he told us about his next movie Endgame, a feature-length thriller for England’s Channel 4 about the end of Apartheid in South Africa. (You can read that here, oh forgetful ones!)
Earlier today, ComingSoon.net spoke to actor Chiwetel Ejiofor (Talk to Me, American Gangster) about his starring role in David Mamet’s first movie in nearly four years, the martial arts drama Redbelt and he told us that his next movie will be that very same movie, co-starring with William Hurt, and that he’d start the rehearsal process on Monday before going down to South Africa to shoot the film. Ejiofor told us that he’ll be playing President Thabo Mbeki in the film. He also told us that Danny Glover’s planned biopic Tousaint with which Ejifor was involved was still in development.
