Mark Helfrich has signed on to direct the action-thriller Five Killers for Lionsgate.
The editor-turned-helmer recently made his directing debut with Lionsgate’s romantic comedy Good Luck Chuck, which opens Sept. 21 and stars Dane Cook, Jessica Alba and Dan Fogler.
Written by Bob DeRosa, Five Killers centers on a former hitman whose seemingly perfect life is thrown upside down when someone from his past puts a hit out on him.
Christopher Pratt and Chad Martin are producing.
