Jennifer Lopez recently dismissed rumors about dating her Office Romance co-star Brett Goldstein during a recent appearance on Today. Host Savannah Guthrie pressed the pop star for answers, and she directly dismissed the rumors, saying that she has been linked with many co-stars before.
Jennifer Lopez addresses Brett Goldstein romance rumors
Jennifer Lopez, who split from Ben Affleck in 2025, recently addressed rumors about a possible relationship with Brett Goldstein. The pair worked together on Netflix’s Office Romance and have been the subject of dating speculation in recent months.
During Tuesday’s Today show, co-host Savannah Guthrie asked Lopez about the rumors.
“There’s never a time when I’m seen with somebody or working with somebody where they don’t try to put me with the person,” Lopez said while dismissing the speculation. Goldstein added, “I think if you stand near her, that’s what happens… That’s why I’ve been standing so close this whole time!”
Guthrie continued the conversation, saying, “I’ll just say because I’m me and you know me, that was not an answer… You didn’t say yes or no.”
“That was not an answer? It was an answer! Because all these people that they put me, I think I was with Kevin Costner this year. I was with … there was a lot of people. It happens all the time. Doesn’t make it true,” Lopez responded.
“Okay, so you’re not dating,” Guthrie said. “Not dating,” Lopez replied, while Goldstein added, “Correct.”
The rumors involving Lopez and Goldstein gained attention after Lopez said during an episode of Watch What Happens Live that Goldstein was the best on-screen kiss she had ever had. Since then, speculation has continued as the pair promoted their film.
However, Lopez’s comments on Today appear to have addressed those rumors directly.
