ShockTillYouDrop.com reports that Universal Pictures has hired Resident Evil: Extinction director Russell Mulcahy to helm The Scorpion King 2. The first film, starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, was directed by Chuck Russell and released in 2002.
