On the heels of the breakout success of Warner Bros.’ 300, Avi Lerner’s Millennium Films is delving into the live-action sword-and-sandals genre, developing a Hercules feature.
Lerner and Millennium’s Boaz Davidson, Danny Dimbort and Trevor Short are producing. President of production Davidson and executive VP Joe Gatta developed the project based on the mythological Greek god.
Sean Hood (Blackwell) has already delivered a script, but the logline’s being kept under wraps. No director’s yet attached.
