Felicity Huffman, Patricia Clarkson, Bill Pullman and Elle Fanning are set to star in Phoebe in Wonderland, a comedy that marks the directorial debut of Ben Barnz, who wrote the script.
Variety says the film, a co-production of Silverwood Films and Salty Features, will shoot in Manhattan and Long Island this summer. Lynette Howell and Barnz will produce and Doug Dey will executive produce.
Fanning plays a rebellious little girl who clashes with the rule-obsessed authority figures in her life. She seeks enlightenment from her unconventional drama teacher (Clarkson).
