Mark Pellington is set to direct Luke Wilson in dramedy Henry Poole Is Here for Lakeshore Entertainment. Variety says Albert Torres wrote the script. Filming starts this summer in Los Angeles.
The story revolves around a man who discovers he has only six weeks to live. All he wants is to disappear into suburbia and live on a diet of pizza, Twinkies and vodka.
The producers are Rosenberg and Lakeshore’s Gary Lucchesi.
“Henry Poole” marks the fourth time that Pellington and Lakeshore have teamed after The Mothman Prophecies, Arlington Road and Going All the Way.
