Longlegs Poster Teases Shocking Horror Movie Starring Nicolas Cage

A new Longlegs poster is out, previewing the upcoming Neon horror film ahead of another trailer release planned for next week.

The new poster doesn’t give away much in the upcoming movie, but does show Maika Monroe as FBI agent Lee Harker with a shocked expression on her face. Along with the poster, Neon also confirmed that a new trailer for the film was on the way next week, ahead of the film’s theatrical release on July 12, 2024.

What do we know about Longlegs?

So far, not a lot is known about the mysterious horror film outside of the fact that Nicolas Cage will star in the project as a serial killer, with Maika Monroe starring alongside him as an FBI agent tasked with tracking him down. Alicia Witt and Blair Underwood will also star in the film in as-of-yet-unknown roles.

Throughout the past two months, Neon has been slowly releasing cryptic teasers for the project, including one just two weeks ago that showed off the most footage we’ve seen of the movie yet. The film is directed by Osgood Perkins (The Blackcoat’s Daughter, I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House) and is set for a 2024 release.

“FBI Agent Lee Harker is assigned to an unsolved serial killer case that takes unexpected turns, revealing evidence of the occult. Harker discovers a personal connection to the killer and must stop him before he strikes again,” reads the film’s official synopsis.
