Josh Brolin is joining Emily Blunt and Benicio del Toro in Prisoners director Denis Villeneuve’s upcoming thriller Sicario, reports Variety.
In the film, an officer from Tucson, Arizona travels to Mexico with a pair of mercenaries to track down a drug lord.
Basil Iwanyk will produce the film, along with Thad and Trent Luckinbill and Molly Smith through their Black Label Media banner, as well as Edward McDonnell.
The script was written by Taylor Sheridan.
