Patrick Dempsey also got in on the Twitter fun. Meanwhile, Maya Rudolph confirmed that she’ll play a villain and Disney confirmed that Gabby Baldacchino will play Morgan. Oscar Nunez, Yvette Nicole Brown, Jayma Mays, and Kolton Stewart will also have roles.

More details on Disenchanted began to emerge last month. While we knew that Adams’ Giselle and Dempsey would return, we now have it confirmed that James Marsden and Idina Menzel will reprise their roles from the original. The character of Morgan will also return, although Gabby Baldacchino will play her since Rachel Covey is no longer young enough for the role. The main villain in the sequel is named Malvina Monroe. Actresses Maya Rudolph, Yvette Nicole Brown, and Jayma Mays are also set to join the cast as villains.

The plot reportedly revolves around Giselle and her family rushing to save the Kingdom of Andalsia from Monroe after their fairytale life in the suburbs goes awry. Snow White’s seven dwarfs are also said to appear and have some impact on the story.
