The Black Belt: Chris Pratt to Star in New Coming-of-Age Comedy
MCU star Chris Pratt has officially signed on for one of the leading roles in Monarch Media’s upcoming coming-of-age comedy film titled The Black Belt which was written by Randall Green (The Perfect Date).

The film will be produced by Monarch Media’s Steve Barnett and Alan Powell along with Indivisible’s Jon Schumacher. It will be executive produced by Monarch’s Vicky Patel with UTA Independent Film Group to oversee the film’s sales and distribution.
Pratt became a blockbuster star for his performances in the Jurassic World films and Guardians of the Galaxy films. He is set to return to the two big franchises in the upcoming Jurassic World: Dominion and in the upcoming Thor: Love and Thunder. He will also next be seen in the sci-fi action film The Tomorrow War and the Russo Brothers’ action-comedy Saigon Bodyguards.
