Watched at Home: Top 20 Streaming Films for the Week of August 21

Hey there, couch potatoes! It’s Thursday — again — which means it’s time to look at The Digital Entertainment Group’s Watched at Home Top 20!

RELATED: August 25 Blu-ray, Digital and DVD Releases

This week saw five new titles join the club, namely Lionsgate’s The Silencing (No. 6), Paramount’s The Vanished (No. 7), RLJ’s Spree (No. 15), Sony’s Sputnik (No. 18) and Warner Bros.s’ Deathstroke Knights & Dragons: The Movie (No. 20). That’s quite a wide variety of direct-to-digital entertainment, with Deathstroke in particular looking quite solid.

As for the rest, The Tax Collector stayed on top for the third consecutive week, led by Trolls World Tour and Yellowstone Seasons 1-3. Again, the only real oddball of the group remains Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, which has somehow managed to stay in the Top 20 for three weeks — life finds a way!

One notable absence to this list? Harry Potter. The Boy Who Lived finally died after spending at least 2-3 months in the Top 20. Still no Lord of the Rings, though.
