Julianne Moore Sends Chloe Moretz to the Closet in a New Carrie Clip

Screen Gems has brought online, via Yahoo! Movies, the first clip from director Kimberly Peirce’s Carrie, starring Chloë Grace Moretz, Judy Greer, Portia Doubleday, Alex Russell, Gabriella Wilde, Ansel Elgort and Julianne Moore.

Hitting theaters on October 18 and directed by Kimberly Peirce, the film is a reimagining of the classic horror tale about Carrie White (Moretz), a shy girl outcast by her peers and sheltered by her deeply religious mother (Moore), who unleashes telekinetic terror on her small town after being pushed too far at her senior prom.
