Marvel Studios Planning to Make a Comeback at San Diego Comic-Con

After the record-breaking Avengers: Endgame and next month’s Spider-Man: Far From Home, we’re still not sure what to expect in the future of the MCU. However, according to Deadline, we might finally get new information about Marvel Studios plans as the studio will make a comeback at this year’s San Diego Comic Con in July.

“Well… there’ll be a lot to talk about if we’re there. I’ll tell you that,” Feige told Fandango’s Erik Davis. “We were waiting for Spider-Man: Far From Home to come out, and now, very shortly, we’ll start peeling back the curtain and talking about the future.”

The official lineup for the Marvel Studios panel is unclear but we can likely expect the studio to discuss Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow film, The Eternals, Shang-Chi, and maybe even Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and Doctor Strange 2. The recently re-acquired film rights to the X-Men, Deadpool and Fantastic Four properties will surely be a subject fans are eager to hear about, but it’s doubtful they will be addressed just yet.

The studio might also give out new details on their highly-anticipated TV projects for Disney’s upcoming streaming service Disney+. Marvel Studios is currently working on several shows including Falcon & Winter Soldier, Loki, WandaVision and What If?
