Star Trek Into Darkness opens in IMAX theaters domestically on May 15 before expanding to conventional theaters on May 17. The film also stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, Simon Pegg, Anton Yelchin, Bruce Greenwood, Benedict Cumberbatch, John Cho and Peter Weller.
In the wake of a shocking act of terror from within their own organization, the crew of The Enterprise is called back home to Earth.
