K-pop singer Hyein to feature in IU’s Comeback album

IU is ready to welcome one of the promising new stars of K-pop, Hyein in her comeback album The Winning. Ever since the debut of NewJeans, Hyein has gotten K-pop fans’ attention for her compelling vocals and stage presence like no other.

Now, the rising icon has got the stamp of approval from none other than legendary Korean artist IU, whose music has millions of fans all over the world. The 15-year-old K-pop rookie will be collaborating with IU on the upcoming album’s new track “Shh.”

The Winning is off to an ‘all-kill’ start with Love Wins All

IU takes her own sweet time in between albums. Also, the 30-year-old singer-songwriter showed no interest in being on ‘trend,’ but the long wait between her albums has been proven to be well worth it.

After Lilac was released in 2021, IU’s new album The Winning will come out on February 20 at 6 p.m. KST/ 4 a.m. EST, however, the celebration for the album has started early. The genius hitmaker dropped the pre-release track “Love Wins All” with BTS V which earned her an ‘all-kill’ certificate.

For the unversed, an ‘all-kill’ term usually means a track that charts on top of all Korean music platforms showing its immense fame.

Notably, BTS V and IU’s “Love Wins All” topped the Melon, Genie, Bugs, and FLO charts at the same time, achieving its ‘all-kill’ status.
