Episode 18 of Transit Love (EXchange) Season 3 begins with the two pairs, including Cho Hwi Hyun and Lee Seo Kyung, and Lee Hye Won and Seo Dong Jin, going on separate dates. During her date with Cho Hwi Hyun, Lee Seo Kyung keeps bringing up their exes’ names. She also talks about Kim Kwang Tae. This makes Cho Hwi Hyun feel like Lee Seo Kyung is not romantically interested in him. However, they still have a comfortable and fun date, where they make rings.
In the meantime, during their date, Seo Dong Jin and Lee Hye Won cleared up any confusion and misunderstanding between them. Both of them express their feelings for each other. They also buy rings for one another. Both of them seem to have connected on a deeper level and have romantic feelings for one another.
Meanwhile, in Transit Love (EXchange) Season 3 episode 18, the other participants hang out in their place on Jeju Island. Lee Ju Won and Lee Yu Jung cook together for everyone. Before going to the kitchen, Lee Yu Jung wakes up her ex-boyfriend, Choi Chang Jin. She expects him to put in some effort and join her during the cooking session so that they can spend some time together. However, Choi Chang Jin decides to give Lee Yu Jung some space and does not go to see her in the kitchen. It upsets Lee Yu Jung. It also makes her bond with Lee Ju Won stronger.
Later on, in episode 18, all the participants gather in a beautiful mountain cave spot. There, the show asks them to play the game of “Truth or Dare.” In this game, they only get to ask each other questions, and the participants must answer truthfully. However, they are not allowed to ask questions about their final decision on the show. In this truth or dare session, a lot of crucial feelings of the participants come out in front of everyone.
For instance, when Cho Hwi Hyun asks Seo Dong Jin which male participant makes him afraid right now, Seo Dong Jin, without any hesitation, answers that Cho Hwi Hyun is the one he is afraid of the most right now. It goes on to show his sincere romantic interest in Cho Hwi Hyun’s ex-girlfriend, Lee Hye Won. Another highly intense and emotional moment occurs when Seo Dong Jin asks a question to his ex-girlfriend, Song Da Hye. He asks her what her final expectations had been from their 13-year relationship. In response, Song Da Hye says that she expected marriage out of their relationship.
Towards the end of Transit Love (EXchange) Season 3 episode 18, the show informs them that the time has come when the participants finally get to go on a one-on-one date with their ex-lovers. It makes the atmosphere even more tense.
The episode then shows Kim Kwang Tae’s date with his ex-girlfriend, Lee Jong Eun. They seem quite friendly and comfortable with each other.
