Queen of Tears starring Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won creates a record in terms of viewership on Netflix. As per YTN, the ongoing rom-com K-drama has become the most-viewed non-English language series worldwide on the popular streaming platform.

As reported by Netflix, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, the tvN series, Queen of Tears, recorded 4.3 million views from March 25 to March 31, 2024. Viewership is counted by dividing viewing time by playback time. The 4.3 million views have made it top in Netflix’s non-English language TV series category.

Queen of Tears becomes Netflix’s most-viewed non-English language series

As reported by YTN, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, Netflix revealed that Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won’s hit K-drama Queen of Tears has become the most-watched series in the non-English language series category. As mentioned, from March 25, 2024, to March 31, 2024, it has gained 4.3 million views collectively.

The viewership of tvN K-drama has taken first place in several countries, including Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Queen of Tears has also entered the top 10 Netflix lists in forty-one countries.

The series debuted on tvN on March 9, 2024. New episodes of the series arrive every Saturday and Sunday on the network. The air time of the series on tvN is 9.20 p.m. KST. It is available for streaming on Netflix in selected regions. Apart from Netflix, the K-drama is also available on TVING in South Korea.

Queen of Tears has aired a total of 8 episodes till now. The drama has 16 episodes in total. The upcoming two new episodes, 9 and 10 of the series are all set to arrive on tvN on Saturday, April 6, 2024, and Sunday, April 7, 2024, respectively. They will be available for viewers on Netflix as well.

Besides Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won the series also stars Park Sung Hoon, Lee Joo Bin, Kwak Dong Yeon and several others.
