Branding in Seongsu Episode 15: Kim Ji-Eun & Lomon navigate brand new information

The latest Branding in Seongsu episode 15 picked up from where the previous episode left off. Kang Na-On discovered a potential lead in finding out who tried to kill her. Considering she lived inside So Eun-Ho’s body, she could pretend to be the intern and meet with the mysterious man who sent her a message. However, as soon as she entered, she started hearing bells ringing in her ears. Meanwhile, Eun-Ho, who lived as Na-On, also underwent the same situation.

Eventually, the two fainted. Both woke up to the realization that their souls had switched back rightfully into their own bodies. Na-On saw a concerned Cha Jeong-Woo (Kim Ho-Young) holding her. She was upset as she’d now lost the ability to pretend to be Eun-Ho and identify her killer. Meanwhile, Eun-Ho realized he was back in his own body and celebrated. He realized that the person who’d messaged Na-On was Segye Group Director Han Yi-Jae (Park Ki-Duk).

Cha Jeong-Woo told Na-On that he didn’t believe that she and Eun-Ho had been dating. He chose to stay the night at her house. Just when she asked Jeong-Woo to find out about Eun-Ho’s whereabouts, the latter reached her house, embracing her for their souls switching back. The two headed to a room to discuss Eun-Ho’s meeting with Director Han Yi-Jae and team leader Nam. Eun-Ho revealed that the director had asked him to join his side.

Na-On noted that if Han Yi-Jae is her killer, he must have left some evidence of trying to kill her as he’s not organized. Na-On also realized that it was their kiss that led to the soul swap. But both times, it was Na-On who reciprocated Eun-Ho’s kiss. She tried kissing him once more so that she could go back to being Eun-Ho and find her killer. However, Eun-Ho managed to escape.

As both Jeong-Woo and Eun-Ho battled to stay in Na-On’s house, the latter investigated more into Director Han Yi-Jae’s motives. A few years ago, he threw Na-On under the bus by making her unknowingly copy a scented candle brand for their own project. She challenged him to go all the way so that she could reveal everything about the past as well as the present.

Meanwhile, Do Yu-Mi (Yang Hye-Ji) visited Director Han Yi-Jae to find out why he’d been avoiding her. The two had collaborated to bring Na-On down. Moreover, Yu-Mi also established personal connections with the director. She was furious to find out that Yi-Jae had moved on from her. The director called team leader Nam to take her away. Nam then told Yu-Mi about the director’s conversation with So Eun-Ho.

At night, both Jeong-Woo and Eun-Ho slept in Na-On’s living room. Seeing that the lights were switched on, Jeong-Woo got up to switch them all off. However, this only affected Na-On as she felt mysterious hands strangling her once again in the dark. Eun-Ho knew about Na-On’s condition, given he experienced the same while living in her body. He got up to check on her. The episode ended with Eun-Ho’s friend, Seo Wool-Sup, murmuring prayers at the temple, with candles burning in and going out.
