One minute she is unconscious and critical and in another, she wakes up in a different timeline. She traveled several years back.

The story revolves around high school student Eun-Gyeol who travels back to the time when his parents were of his age. He is shocked to meet his father because unlike in the present time, he is not deaf and mute.

The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract

The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract is the ongoing 2023 time-travel K-drama. It is about 19th-century Park Yeon-Woo (Lee Se-Young) who marries Kang Tae-Ha (Bae In-Hyuk). On the wedding night, she finds out about his heart condition and soon after, he dies. To make matters worse, she is kidnapped and thrown into a well. A portal opens and she is sucked into it.

She comes out of a swimming pool in the 21st century. The person who saves her is a rich businessman named Kang Tae-Ha who looks like Yeon-Woo’s late husband. Due to family pressure, Tae-Ha convinces her into a marriage contract.

Moon in the Day

Moon in the Day is another ongoing time-travel K-drama. It tells the tragic love story of Do Ha (Kim Young-Dae), who is a general in the Silla Dynasty. He falls in love with a traitor’s daughter Ha Ri-Ta (Pyo Ye-Jin) who wants to kill him. The two get married because of his evil stepfather. Eventually, they fall in love. The twist to the tale is that Ri-Ta kills Do Ha, who becomes a vengeful spirit and wanders the Earth for 1,500 years.

He finally finds Jun-Oh’s body in the 21st century and possesses it. Do Ha wants to seek revenge on Ri-Ta’s reincarnation Kang Young-Hwa. Killing her is the only way he can free his spirit.

A Time Called You

A Time Called You is one of the most-watched time travel K-dramas this year. Starring Ahn Hyo-Seop and Jeon Yeo-Bin, the Korean drama is about Han Jun-Hee who struggles to get over her boyfriend Koo Yeon-Jun’s death. One day, she transports to the year 1998 where she is named Kwon Min-Ju.

The high-schooler meets fellow student Nam Si-Heon, who looks exactly like her late boyfriend. The series is a beautiful yet emotional romance drama that also includes a love triangle and great actors.
