Park Min-Young’s Marry My Husband Gets Release Date on tvN

The much-awaited K-drama Marry My Husband, starring Park Min-Young, is all set to air on January 1, 2024, on tvN. The series comes just in time to ring the New Year, and who better to do it than Park Min-Young in a leading role? The drama follows the story of a woman, Kang Ji-Won, who travels back in time to seek revenge on her husband and his lover. The time-slip drama promises intense emotions and a story of personal transformation.

Marry My Husband is based on the web novel of the same name by Sung So-Jak. The plot follows Kang Ji-Won’s journey from being a terminally ill woman seeking revenge to an individual with immense personal growth and finding her footing in the world. As it is, the drama promises to keep viewers hooked to their seats.

Park Min-Young is terminally ill in Marry My Husband poster

The recently released poster of Kang Ji-Won (Park Min-Young) in Marry My Husband gives viewers a context of her story. Ji-Won learns that she suffers from cancer and has little time left. However, a bigger shock awaits her when she finds out that her husband, Park Min-Hwan (Lee Ki-Kyung), has an affair with her best friend, Jung Soo-Min (Song Ha-Yoon). This sets up to be a dramatic plotline.

What’s more, after her discovery, Kang Ji-Won is killed by Park Min-Hwan. However, it looks like God has different plans for her. She travels back in time to 10 years ago and wants now more than ever to seek revenge on her husband and her then-best friend. With this deep desire, she takes the help of Yoo Ji-Hyeok (Na In-Woo), the department head of the company she works for, in her revenge mission.

In the newly released poster, Kang Ji-Won is in her hospital robes, a sweater, and a cap. It looks like she is in the hospital for her cancer treatment. The cap covers her bald head perfectly as she goes out for a stroll outside. However, her looks indicate that Ji-Won has witnessed something unexpected. This can potentially be Ji-Won discovering her husband’s affair.

The poster has three pictures of Kang Ji-Won, which shows her emotions from shock and horror to being calm but with a deep desire to seek vengeance. The pictures also showcase her emotions just before her time travel journey.

More details about the airing time and streaming possibilities are awaited. Tune in to Marry My Husband on January 1, 2024, on tvN.
