Soundtrack #2 New Trailer: Ex-lovers Steve Noh, Keum Sae-Rok in Love Triangle

Starring Keum Sae-Rok and Steve Noh (aka Noh Sang-Hyun), Soundtrack #2 is an upcoming South Korean drama. Disney Plus recently released a new trailer for the new series. The K-drama is a sequel to Park Hyung-Sik and Han So-Hee’s 2022 series, Soundtrack #1. While the original was a warm-hearted love story between two best friends, Soundtrack #2 deals with ex-lovers.

In the newly released trailer, Do Hyun-Seo and Ji Soo-Ho are former lovers who meet again after years. Although they have broken up, the flame may reignite as Soo-Ho gets jealous when another person gets closer to Hyun-Seo.

Soundtrack #2 K-drama release date, plot & more

Soundtrack #2 K-drama will air on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, on Disney Plus. Kim Hee-Won, who is known for directing Soundtrack #1, and Choi Jung-Kyu are the directors.

The Korean drama is about pianist Hyun-Seo (Keum Sae-Rok) and vocalist Soo-Ho (Noh Sang-Hyun/Steve Noh). They met as university students who were part of a music band. Moreover, the two dated until reality them following their graduation. 

Fast-forward to their present life, Hyun-Seo has given up on her dream and became a piano teacher by day and a delivery person by night. Soo-Ho, on the other hand, is a successful CEO but feels burnt out and thus wants to learn piano. Interestingly, fate brings the two ex-lovers together again.

The latest Soundtrack #2 trailer is two minutes long. It begins with their break-up and proceeds to their reunion. Things get more complicated when K (Sohn Jeong-Hyuck) enters their lives and gets closer to Hyun-Seo. The trailer shows Soo-Ho being jealous of K and Hyun-Seo’s friendship. Viewers can expect romance and comedy in the drama’s love triangle storyline.

Disney Plus also released three posters of the lead cast members. The K-drama Soundtrack #2 will premiere in December on the streamer.
