Geum Sae-Rok’s Soundtrack #2 Trailer Teases Ex-Lovers’ Reunion

Disney Plus recently released a Soundtrack #2 teaser trailer, starring Geum Sae-Rok and Steve Noh. It is the follow-up K-drama series to Soundtrack #1 which featured Han So-Hee and Park Hyung-Sik.

While the first part revolved around two friends turning lovers, the upcoming series is about the reunion of ex-lovers. Geum Sae-Ro plays piano teacher Hyun Seo who believes in reality. Steve Noh, aka Noh Sang-Hyun, essays the role of a successful CEO. The lead characters were once in love, parted ways, and are now meeting each other again.

Soundtrack #2 release date, cast & more

Soundtrack #2 is Disney Plus’ original Korean drama series and is set to premiere on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. It may also be available on Viki. Han So-Hee and Park Hyung-Sik’s Soundtrack #1 was a mini-series, consisting of four episodes. It is unclear whether or not the new season will include a similar number of episodes.

Meanwhile, the streamer released a Soundtrack #2 teaser of 26 seconds. It begins with a scene from the original version, featuring So-Hee’s Lee Eunsu and Hyung-Sik’s Han Seon-Woo sitting together. A line appears on the clip that reads, “Friends become lovers.”

The video jumps to Soundtrack #2 and shows a couple having a beautiful time together. The next scene shows Hyun Seo (Geum Sae-Ro) and Noh Sang Hyun’s (Steve Noh) awkward encounter. This time, the lines in the clip read, “Can we start over after our breakup?” Things seem to get intense further as the ex-lovers share a passionate kiss and end up sleeping together.

The new Disney Plus K-drama is about ex-lovers Sae-Ro and Steve Noh meeting each other after five years. Their passion for one another re-appears, making them wonder whether they can start over. The captivating romance drama will premiere on December 6, 2023, on Disney Plus.
