The Malayalam movie received positive reviews from the audience and critics and is currently witnessing a dream run in the theaters. While fans praise Faasil for taking up the savage gangster role, his film industry colleagues are also in awe of his work. Vignesh Shivan, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and others recently reviewed the movie and shared their verdict.
Aavesham follows the story of three young bachelors who move to Bangalore to pursue higher studies. However, their confrontation with a senior named Kutty brings an unwanted twist to their lives. To seek revenge on Kutty, they approach a local Malayali gangster named Ranga. Their new friendship with Ranga shapes the rest of the movie’s plot. Helmed by Jithu Madhavan and Anwar Rasheed Entertainment, Fahadh Faasil, and Friends jointly bankrolled it.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Nayanthara praise Aavesham
Several celebrities have been watching Aavesham and sharing their review online. The latest one is Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The Family Man 2 star revealed how she liked the movie most uniquely. She took to her Instagram stories to share a picture with her pet dog and wrote, “#Aavesham Hangover (3 red heart emojis).” The oneliner review of the movie was enough to understand that Samantha thoroughly enjoyed it.
Filmmaker Vignesh Shivan penned a rather lengthy note for the Aavesham team. Sharing the movie’s poster, he wrote, “Blown awar by this wachkyyyyy outstanding movie! FAFA aiyaaaa you are from another planet !!! Crazily written, amazingly executed!” The Tamil director added how Malayalam cinema is producing outstanding movies back-to-back. He penned, “Malayalam cinema is jus(t) smashing everything out of the park! Kudos to @jithumadhavan @sushintdt and the entire crew for pulling of this Mad movie.” He also congratulated the movie’s producers.
On the other hand, Nayanthara simply took to her Instagram handle and wrote, “Good films just make me happpyyy.” The actress wrote about the Malayalam rom-com Premalu, which was co-produced by Fahadh Faasil.
