After leaving his fans in awe of his acting skills and dominating the box office with Jailer, superstar Rajinikanth is all set to shine on the big screens again. The actor will be next seen in the upcoming film Lal Salaam. Moreover, the movie marks his daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s comeback to the director’s chair. Touted to be a sports drama, the film stars Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth in the lead roles. However, the superstar has an extended cameo in the movie. One of the much-anticipated Tamil movies will allegedly see Thalaivar in a new light and his fans are eager to watch him play the role.

Lover
Tamil actor Manikandan has taken up the lead role in the upcoming romantic drama Lover. The actor was earlier a supporting star, but his transition to a hero came with Good Night. Coming back to one of the awaited Tamil movies, the romantic drama is helmed by Prabhuram Vyas. Sri Gouri Priya, Kanna Ravi, Saravanan, Harish Kumar, and others are playing supporting roles in the movie.
Lover will face Lal Salaam at the box office because it is releasing on February 9, 2024.
Siren
Jayam Ravi shone on the big screens with his lead role in Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan film franchise. The actor played Arulmozhi Varmam in the period drama and enthralled fans. Following the success of the film franchise, the actor will be next seen in the upcoming film Siren. He has taken up the role of an ambulance driver turned criminal in the movie. Keerthy Suresh and Anupama Parameswaran are also playing key roles. Yogi Babu, Samuthirakani, and Koushik Mahata have been roped in to portray supporting roles.
Debutant director Anthony Bhagyaraj is helming the film, while Home Movie Makers are producing it. The movie will arrive in theaters on February 16.
Vithaikkaaran
