She also spoke of the profound pride of receiving the award at Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi, a place she passed by often in her childhood, making the moment extra special.

She also reflected on her journey to the National Award, revealing that she had not received any Best Award before Mimi. Surprisingly, she had written about the National Award in her diary back in 2020, even though it felt like a distant dream at the time. Kriti emphasized that winning it within a decade of entering the industry is a monumental achievement. The sight of pride in her parents’ eyes when the award was announced, and their overwhelming emotions, made the moment even more special.

Looking forward, Kriti Sanon is all set to grace the silver screen once again in the action-packed film Ganapath. Starring alongside the dynamic Tiger Shroff, the movie will be released on October 20, 2023.
