Flesh eating fright fest GNAW starts production.
The fine lads and ladies at Unreal Media and Wrecking Ball Pictures have just announced the production of GNAW, a gory new horror film produced in association with Entropy Studio, the studio’s first U.S. feature.
Ignacio Lacosta and Ana Reville have joined the Denver, Colorado based production and will guide Entropys efforts in pre-visualization and post-production visual effects.
Gnaw stars Penelope Mitchell (TVs THE VAMPIRE DIARIES and HEMLOCK GROVE), Chris Johnson (xXx: STATE OF THE UNION, L.A. NOIRE, CURSED), Oscar-nominated and Golden Globe winning actress Sally Kirkland (JFK), and Kyle Gass (TENACIOUS D).
GNAW is being directed by Denver native Haylar Garcia and follows Jennifer Conrad (Mitchell), a small-town girl fleeing an abusive husband (Johnson), as she tries to make a new life for herself in the big city. But its hard to start over when something is eating you alive one painful bite at a time.
