First Person Horror! Check Out These Aggressive Stills From Italian Splatter Flick HOTEL INFERNO!

I don’t play video games.

Never have.

I like them. I just don’t enjoy playing them. Stop bugging me.

In fact, I like watching other people play them.

Because I like movies. I like watching life unfold.

So, while some might cry that the insertion of video game tropes into genre movies is a woeful development, I have no problem with it. If done right, there’s a kind of madcap kinetic energy that makes the audience complicit in the carnage.

In fact, looking at these EXCLUSIVE stills from the first person, Italian microbudget gore movie HOTEL INFERNO kinda creeps me out.

HOTEL INFERNO won’t be released via Wild Eye Releasing until June (though it was released in Europe back in 2013), but its putty-faced NIGHTMARE CITY-esque monsters look sloppy, eerie and mad as, well, Hell!

Here’s the synopsis:

Hitman Frank Zimosa is hired for a lucrative mission by a rich client. The objective: kill two people in a hotel. But this simple job soon becomes a nightmare as an army of insane henchmen and monsters are waiting for him, all under the control of an ancient and unstoppable demon – now Frank must fight his way out with any weapon he can get his hands on.

The splatter film is directed by Giulio De Santi and features in its cast Michael Howe who appeared in THE HUNGER.
