SHOCK hosts a night of dark, cinematic electronic live music this Thursday in Toronto.

This Thursday, January 21st, SHOCK and Toronto horror film convention HORROR-RAMA will present a night of live, dark electronic music, timed to celebrate the release of our editor(and music composer) Chris Alexander’s new album MUSIC FOR MURDER, at the David Lynch-esque rock bar Cherry Cola Rock ‘N’ Roll Cabaret and Lounge, 200 Bathurst Street, just North of Queen St. W.

The night will include live performances by ethereal ambient act RIkM, followed by the Tangerine Dream-esque electro of CASTLE IF and finishing with a live performance by Alexander (with SHOCK contributor David Bertrand on drums) of his hard-edged industrial, grand-guignol music,

Spinning music all night between acts and beyond will be SHOCK contributor John Nicol (aka Johnny Revelations).

HORROR-RAMA T-Shirts, limited vinyl copies of MUSIC FOR MURDER and RikM and CASTLE IF merch will be available for purchase.

Cover is $5. Doors at 8pm. First act on at 9pm.
