Torture Chamber follows 13-year-old Jimmy Morgan, a boy possessed by an evil too powerful to be exorcised by any religion. Jimmy escapes from an institution and assembles an army of murderous children who will follow his every murderous desire. The youths wreak havoc on their town as they begin to attack and abduct its residents.
