Variety reports that Warner Bros. is looking to remake Little Shop of Horrors with Glee co-producer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa attached to write.
The film was made once in the ’60s with Jack Nicholson starring and again in ’86 with Frank Oz at the helm and Rick Moranis in the lead role. The remake also featured some stellar FX, I must say.
Marc Platt (Drive) is on board to produce the new version.
Little Shop of Horrors tells of a nerdy florist who raises a man-eating plant.
Aguirre-Sacasa also penned the upcoming Carrie remake.
