You’ve never seen these before…
If you’re a regular reader of this site, you know I love me some old school poster art.
Jay Allen Sanford at the San Diego Reader posted a two-part blog called “Famous Movie Poster Rejects You’ve Never Seen” featuring rejected poster artwork for films that he once cataloged for a client. He has quite a collection on display, but the posters that caught my eye immediately were created for Vamp and Fright Night.
With Vamp, it’s interesting to see the evolution of the art before they settled on, well, what they settled on. And the Fright Night posters don’t quite work, but it’s fascinating to see “what could have been.”
