Magnet Releasing has unveiled a red band trailer for Alex de la Iglesia’s The Last Circus.
Iglesia previously helmed the horror flicks The Day of the Beast and Accion Mutante.
Written by Iglesia, The Last Circus kicks off during the Spanish Civil War, where members of a circus are forced to fight a platoon, in full circus garb. The story picks up many years later to focus on the rivalry that simmers between a sad clown (the son of one of the circus performers who saw combat) and a happy clown and what the two will do to win the affections of a woman.
