But a new director came aboard
Waaaaay back in 2007, we dropped a mention of a film called Incident at Sans Asylum.
At the time, Spanish director Daniel Calparsoro was going to sit at the helm for Ghost House Pictures.
In a buried Variety article, it appears the film has been shot under the title The Incident and French music video director Alexandre Courtes took over the project. Roy Lee is producing.
The film still tells of “three rock band members who work in a high-security asylum – until a freak storm blows the asylum’s security system, unleashing its criminal patients and trapping the rockers.” Rupert Evans, Dave Legeno, Richard Brake, Kenny Doughty and Anna Skellern star.
Production began in January and the film was recently being sold to potential buyers at the Cannes film market.
