Based on the Dean Koontz novel
50 Cent will join Anton Yelchin, Addison Timlin, Willem Dafoe, Patton Oswalt, Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Nico Tortorella in Odd Thomas.
The film is an adaptation of the Dean Koontz novel of the same name. G.I. Joe‘s Stephen Sommers is directing.
According to Variety, 50 Cent is going to play a blind DJ who help’s Yelchin’s character “uncover a Satanic plot.”
Odd Thomas features a clairvoyant (Yelchin) with the power to see (but not hear) the dead. First appearing in 2003’s “Odd Thomas,” the character has returned for three subsequent books, “Forever Odd,” “Brother Odd” and “Odd Hours,” as well as for two graphic novels.
