Multi-episode arc in sixth season
The Hollywood Reporter has learned Mos Def is joining the cast of Dexter.
The popular Showtime series is entering its sixth year.
Mos Def will play an ex-con who says he has found religion. Dexter, however, knows who he really is. The rapper and actor is one of two new additions to the Dexter newcomer list.
Earlier this week, Colin Hanks signed up to play the season’s main baddie.
