My Place in the Horror Becomes The Inheritance

Starring The Thing‘s Keith David

Crazy how long some films sit on the shelf.

Take, for instance, My Place in the Horror – a project first announced in 2008. Image Entertainment has given the film a home under the title The Inheritance and it arrives on DVD April 12.

Written and directed by Robert O’Hara, it tells of five ambitious cousins who gather at a family homestead to claim an inheritance. They are thrust into a terrifying world of rituals, trances and demonic possessions as they compete for their share of a mysterious family fortune.

You can check out a super early trailer, when it was under the Horror moniker, right here.
