Which now apparently has no title
Relativity Media has acquired the U.S. release rights for David Ellis’ upcoming shark thriller that he shot in 3D.
The film was previously being called Shark Night.
The studio plans for a wide release of the film – currently in post-production – in 2011. A new title is being prepped and a release date announcement is forthcoming.
Directed by David R. Ellis (The Final Destination), the film stars Sara Paxton, Dustin Milligan, Katharine McPhee, Chris Carmack, Alyssa Diaz, Joel David Moore, Donal Logue, Sinqua Walls and Chris Zylka. Jesse Studenberg and Will Hayes penned the script which concerns a group of college friends spending a weekend at a house on the lake, only to find that danger lurks beneath its waters.
