AFM could yield progress
Is Silent Hill 2 ever going to happen?
Well, if you’ve followed this site religiously, you’ve known we’ve had good news (the sequel is in development) and bad news (oops, the writer went to jail!).
Don Carmody gave us a ton to ponder on last November. Since then, we haven’t heard much.
With the American Film Market kicking off tomorrow, however, there is a glimmer of hope. Lionsgate is shopping Silent Hill 2 to buyers this week. What’s that mean? More waiting. If Lionsgate stirs up the interest at the AFM, we could see some significant progress made (director, start date). Nothing is definite, but cross your fingers, fans.
