The Japanese sequel to the U.S. hit
Japan is opening its arms to an official Paranormal Activity sequel of its own. The film is called Paranormal Activity: Tokyo Night and today we’ve got a look at this chapter, via the trailer below, which picks up after Oren Peli’s film and tells of a foreign exchange student visiting San Diego who brings the demonic presence that haunted the first film to Japan. As you will see the promotion for the sequel is not unlike the U.S. push for Paranormal Activity 2 in that it uses the same formula: Remind you of the first film, show shocked audience members, introduce new footage.
