Star of Invasion of the Body Snatchers
Actor Kevin McCarthy has passed away at the age of 96.
The man had amassed well over 150 film and television credits during his awesome career.
McCarthy starred in the 1956 Invasion of the Body Snatchers and later became a fixture of Joe Dante’s oeuvre having appeared in Piranha, The Howling, the director’s installment of Twilight Zone: The Movie, Innerspace, Matinee and more.
The actor was truly a presence in the genre and he will be missed.
