Creature menace threatens Earth
Travis Beacham’s a busy guy these days.
He saw his take on Clash of the Titans hit the screen earlier this year. He’s got 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and a remake of The Black Hole in the works. Now Beacham is making waves with something original.
According to Deadline, Legendary has bought his script Pacific Rim. Details about the plot are being guarded, however, it involves our planet defending itself from “malevolent creatures” and using state-of-the-art technology to do so. No word on when it’ll get made.
Legendary is busy with Godzilla, Superman and another Batman film.
