One of the After Dark Originals
Short film turned feature, Husk will be hitting us later this year under the After Dark Originals banner. This morning, we discovered some sales art for the film that thrusts focus on the ominous scarecrow element of writer-director Brett Simmons’ thriller. It should be noted, however, this is not After Dark’s official one-sheet.
Wes Chatham, Devon Graye, CJ Thomason and Tammin Sursoka star as a group of young friends go in search of help after getting in a car wreck. Coming to a farmhouse, they think they’ve found sanctuary. Instead they are drawn to the center of a terrifying supernatural ritual.
