Hey there, good lookin’…
While we wait for New Line to give up the goods and release their official stills from A Nightmare on Elm Street, we have to endure countless screen grabs flooding various web sites and unsourced magazine scans. I’ve been avoiding linking to any of them because, to be honest, anyone can snag a screen grab or get handy with their scanner, but this morning I woke up to this at Horrorbid, a pretty decent shot of Jackie Earle Haley as Freddy Krueger. Unfortunately, they don’t source where they scanned this from. And hopefully, we’ll get some crisp official stills soon! You know, because the movie opens on the 30th of this month…
Update: Okay, here’s the deal. Someone got crafty with Photoshop. They ripped an image from the trailer and using their Photoshop prowess, amplified the image so we can get a better look at Krueger. Here is where the image originated from. Thanks for the heads-up, “Webhead”!
